Achieving
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications
is the result of implementing the Quality
and Environment Management Systems.
These do not entail a set of rules and regulations,
but useful dialogue solutions and
co-operation arrangements to coordinate
and use all the expertise and the potential
that exists within the Company in the best
possible way.
For many years now the Company, in line
with the philosophy of its Chairman Mr.
Pasquale Natuzzi, only relies on operators
that are capable of ensuring high-quality as
far as the products and services offered to
the customer are concerned.
Today, the ever-increasing sensitivity of the
General Public with regard to environmental
and ecological themes has led the Company
also to adopt instruments capable of ensuring
environmental protection.
Quality and Environment today therefore
form an inseparable pair, on which our corporate
policy has built up a specific commercial
strategy and a qualitatively developed
management philosophy sensitive to ecological
themes.
Implementation of the cutting-edge Management
Systems has spurred the Company
towards continuous improvement in the
effectiveness and the efficiency of its organisation,
designed to perfect the solutions
proposed to the Customer, respect for the
Environment, the relationship with Employees
and with the General Public as a whole.
The Customer enjoys the benefits of qualitatively
correct management as a result of
these improvements, in addition to the results
of careful design from every ecological point
of view (limitation and/or elimination of
chemical pollutants in the materials used
for the finished product, such as chlorofluorocarbon
(CFC), formaldehyde, etc.).
The environment benefits from greater attention being paid to
its protection (decreased energy consumption, water consumption,
atmospheric emissions, control of the treatment plants, etc.).
The Employees, in addition to the advantages
of targeted training and fostering awareness,
feel they are more protected by a Company
that shows concern for the working environmentin
which the Employees operate
and shows great responsibility in protecting
the environment in general.
If the General Public today feels it is involved positively and
protected by the Company's management ability, it will be able
to "dialogue" with our Company even more readily in
the future in terms of "sustainable growth" to be achieved
